1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding, accessing, or using the Weya Discord bot (“Weya,” “the Service”) operated by Thomyse (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Weya is an AI-powered auto-moderation bot for Discord. The Service provides automated content moderation, spam detection, sentiment analysis, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Weya. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using Weya on behalf of a server, you represent that you have the authority to bind that server to these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Weya for any illegal purpose or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Use automated means to abuse or spam the Service
  • Attempt to bypass any restrictions or permissions systems

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Weya does not guarantee that moderation actions will be perfect or error-free.

6. User Data

Our collection and use of data is governed by ourPrivacy Policy. By using Weya, you consent to the data practices described in that policy. Server administrators are responsible for notifying their community members about Weya's data collection.

7. Moderation Decisions

Weya provides moderation tools, but server administrators retain ultimate responsibility for moderation decisions in their communities. We are not liable for actions taken by server administrators using our tools or for the Service's failure to detect or prevent rule violations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Weya for any server or user that violates these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing Weya from your server. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Weya after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes through our Discord support server.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Thomyse operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
